Atlantic Terrace offers spacious 1,500 sq. foot condos with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has either one sleeper sofa or two depending on the occupancy of the unit. Condos with one sleeper sofa can accommodate up to six guests and condos with two sleeper sofas can accommodate up to eight guests. For your convenience, each condo features a fully-furnished kitchen and a washer and dryer. All condos offer a large balcony with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Some have a full a direct view of the ocean while others have a side view.

Accessible Public Areas: Lobby, Lobby Restroom, Guest Lounge, Outside Restroom with Shower, Pool Deck, Pool & Jacuzzi via Chair Lifts, Grilling Area, Smoking Area, Pool Deck Gazebo (Currently under construction), Under Ground Garage.

Accessible Routes from Public Entrance: Two Main Entrances – Ground floor, lobby level and from under ground garage. All rooms and common areas are accessible via elevator, from both the lobby and the garage.

Additional Accessible Features: Part of the front desk counter has been lowered for wheelchair height. The beach is handicap accessible from about 3 blocks away at the public beach entrance.

Accessible Guest Room Features: Wide bedroom/bathroom doors, Grab bars in showers and at bath tubs, Comfort height toilets, Handheld Shower Extensions, Shower Chairs upon request, Balcony access ramps upon request.
